·       Discuss homework due today.
·       Finish Psychology’s History and WV slides
·       If there is time, go over Entwistle Chapter 5, Epistemology, sides.
Due Thursday, 9/13
·       Finish reading Chapter 3 of the Rice text.
o   Answer question 7 on page 34.
·       Read Chapter 3 of Entwistle, “The Soul of Psychology and the Psyche of the Soul”.
o   Answer question 7 on page 58.
·       Please identify in your homework which question 7 from which text you are answering.
·       Typed, double-spaced, edited.

In Class Thursday: 9/13
·       Freud Powerpoint
Due Tuesday, 9/18
·       Begin your study paper on Sigmund Freud, due 9/25.
o   Minimum 3 full pages in length.
o   Address his history, worldview, and how both of those factors affected his development of the psychoanalytic theory.
o   Note what is useful about psychoanalytic theory and what is not relevant.
o   Compare psychoanalytic theory to a Christian WV.
o   APA format with in-text citation and a Works Cited page.
·       Read Freud handout.
